Business Development Manager
We are looking for a creative individual who enjoys talking with and listening to trade customers to produce bespoke solutions for their marketing. Waterways World has been the market leading publication for the waterways since it was launched in 1972. Our reach to consumers and trade in the inland waterways market is second to none – whether through print, live events or an array of digital platforms. The successful candidate will work with prospective advertisers and exhibitors to produce tailored packages to produce the right approach for each customer.
This role will also provide the opportunity to work on TMX – the iconic brand serving the world of off-road motorcycling (trials, motocross and much more) since 1977. Recently acquired by the company and with new life breathed into the brand there are many opportunities for development and we need someone to help us seize those opportunities.
The position will involve hybrid working – partly in our Burton-on-Trent office and partly from home – so you need to be both a team player and willing and able to work independently. Some weekend work at live events will be involved.
